Hailing from Atlanta, GA, Sengens is both a numbers person and a people person. After graduating from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Mathematics, she moved to Denver in 2022, determined to put her skills to use for the greater good – and what’s greater than space?! Back in her college days, when she wasn’t tutoring math students or spearheading environmental projects, she also managed to squeeze in an astronomy class; one led to another (and another). Sengens has always been enthralled with the cosmos, and she’s so thankful that her work is helping her team reach for the stars. When she’s not putting sappy lines in her bio (or working on space stuff), Sengens also enjoys puzzles, cooking, hiking, and thinking about dogs and sheep.
