Mars Perseverance Lands February 18th!

Tune in to NASA TV to watch as the Perseverance Rover lands on Mars this coming Thursday, February 18th, at approximately 1:55 PM MST!! Back on July 30, 2020, “Percy” launched on a mission to the red planet to search for signs of ancient life. After a 7 month and 19 day journey, it will plunge towards the surface at 12,000 miles/hour but will slow to 2 miles/hour at impact.

Red Canyon proudly supported flight software development on this mission at JPL under prime contractor, Raytheon. We are cheering for Percy’s successful landing to be the 5th NASA rover to explore Mars! Click the link below for ways to watch online.

NASA’s Perseverance rover is one week away from a daring landing on Mars. Watch how it works.
