Red Canyon is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented, goal driven individual to be a Software Configuration Management Engineer on the Orion program.

Responsibilities & Requirements
1) The Contractor shall perform Orion software configuration management and software tool administration activities for Orion MPCV Spacecraft as directed by the technical POC. This includes development, implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, tools and scripts for the automation of software builds, audits, packing and release. Management of the automation environment to include tool administration and server configuration. Develop training material and provide training on software processes and tool usage. Update and maintain scripts used for metrics collection. Experience with Perl or Python scripting language a plus.
2) Perform configuration and administration of the JIRA issue tracking tool and associated plug-ins. The includes management of default boards, sprint team metrics, issues types, roles and groups. Lead a deployment operations sprint team as a SCRUM Master. Previous Agile experience to include SCRUM and KANBAN knowledge required. JIRA issue tracking tool experience a plus.

We also work on classified programs.
