Red Canyon is seeking a self motivated, detail oriented, goal driven individual to be a Staff Engineer on the Orion spacecraft program.

Description:
Thermal Analyst to support the Orion Crew Module (CM) Thermal Protection System IPT. The candidate shall have experience with thermal analysis of large spacecraft or aircraft and familiarity with structural and thermal requirements.

Tasks Include
1) Detailed thermal analyses of hardware interface features subject to aerothermal heating
2) Document and present thermal analytical results
3) Correlate analytical models with test results
4) Coordination with customers to develop and review hardware requirements based on analysis results.

Experience Required.
**5 years SINDA and Thermal Desktop
** Bachelors Degree, Master preferred
**Strong technical and communicative skills
**Experience working for aerospace, military or other government agencies
** Self motivated, detail oriented, goal driven
**Passionate about space exploration

We also work on classified programs.
