We are seeking a self-motivated, zealous, detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers to be our Accounting Associate.

What We Need:
The ideal candidate that we are looking for has excellent customer service skills, is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Our Accounting Associate will perform standard bookkeeping tasks with an opportunity to support an extensive breadth of tasks across various lines of business. This position also requires a high-level of production under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Process payroll
• Invoice customers
• Produce financial statements
• Monthly reconciliations
• Tax preparation
• Loan compliance
• Internal and external audit support
• Maintain AP, AR, payroll, and other relevant files

• Bachelor’s Degree in math, finance, accounting, or other technical area
• Microsoft Office Suite competency (particularly Excel & Word)
• Excellent customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable team player
• Ability to self-manage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Thirst for knowledge
• Passion for space
• Passion for numbers

• Experience using QuickBooks, or other accounting software
• Experience with IT support (troubleshooting Windows, small networks, software, etc.)
• Experience with Google Suite
• Experience with Dropbox
• Experience with project management tools

Compensation: $35-45k/year plus a competitive fringe benefits package including, but not limited to, a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan and an annual profit share bonus equal to 4% of annual salary.
