India Looks Forward to Becoming 4th Nation on the Moon
Carrying the Vikram lander, India's Chandrayaan-2 mission is scheduled to land this Saturday on the Moon's unexplored South Pole. The lander and rover will explore for several weeks, studying the possibility of ice water and helium-3 in this location.
The success of this mission for India is certainly one giant leap for the nation - becoming the 4th country in the world to touch the lunar surface.
